This Privacy Policy explains how SeeTV ("we," "us," "our"), developed by Elad Shevah, an individual developer based in Israel, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the SeeTV mobile application (the "App").
SeeTV does not provide, host, or have any affiliation with any television or video content. The App only displays content from playlist URLs or provider logins that you add yourself. This Privacy Policy covers the data the App itself collects to operate — it does not cover, and we have no visibility into, whatever data practices your third-party content provider may have.

We do not access, view, monitor, or record the actual video/TV content you stream through your added sources. We do not collect payment information (SeeTV does not process payments to third-party IPTV providers). We do not knowingly collect precise geolocation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your saved playlist URLs or provider credentials for any purpose other than connecting the App to the source you specified.

Because Firebase's infrastructure operates globally, your information, including data stored in Firestore, may be processed or stored on servers located outside of Israel, including in the United States or European Union, under Google's standard data protection safeguards.
We do not share your data with advertising networks, and we do not share it with your IPTV provider — the App connects directly from your device to your chosen source using the credentials you provide.
We retain your account information and saved playlist/credential data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, this data is deleted from our active systems, subject to any residual copies retained temporarily in backups or as required by law.

We rely on Firebase's industry-standard security infrastructure (including encryption in transit) to protect your data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Note that Xtream Codes/M3U credentials you provide are only as secure as the third-party service that issued them to you.
SeeTV is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
SeeTV is operated from Israel. If you use the App from outside Israel, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Israel and other countries (via our service providers, such as Google Firebase) that may have different data protection laws than your own country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
