These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SeeTV mobile application ("App," "SeeTV," "we," "us," or "our"), developed and operated by Elad Shevah, an individual developer based in Israel. By downloading, installing, or using SeeTV, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
SeeTV is a media player and interface application. It allows you to add and connect to internet-based content sources of your own choosing, including M3U/M3U8 playlist URLs and Xtream Codes-compatible credentials, which are typically provided to you by a third-party IPTV service provider that you have separately subscribed to or otherwise obtained access from.
SeeTV does not provide, host, store, stream, sell, curate, endorse, or have any affiliation with any television channels, video-on-demand content, or any other media content accessible through the App. SeeTV is solely a client application that displays and plays content from sources that you, the user, supply. We have no relationship with, and no control over, any third-party content provider whose playlist URL or login credentials you choose to enter into the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SeeTV, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
SeeTV may allow or require you to create an account to use certain features, such as saving your playlists across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the App or by contacting us (see Section 9).
By using SeeTV, you agree that:
We do not review, verify, monitor, or endorse any content source you connect to SeeTV. Any dispute, claim, or issue relating to the legality, availability, quality, or nature of content accessed through a source you have added is strictly between you and the relevant third-party provider of that source. We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, that relationship.
The SeeTV application itself — including its design, code, graphics, and branding — is the property of Elad Shevah and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding. We claim no ownership or rights over any third-party content that you access through the App.
SeeTV does not host or control any content. If you believe that content accessed via a source connected through SeeTV infringes your copyright, please understand that we are not the host or provider of that content and cannot remove it. Complaints should be directed to the relevant third-party content provider. If you have a good-faith concern specifically about the SeeTV application itself, contact us at seetv.iptv.support@gmail.com.
SeeTV is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the availability, legality, quality, or continuity of any third-party content source you connect to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elad Shevah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or content, arising out of or related to your use of SeeTV or any third-party content source accessed through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to SeeTV at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel.
