These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SeeTV app on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV ("App", "SeeTV", "we", "us" or "our"), developed and operated by Elad Shevah, an individual developer based in Israel. By downloading, installing or using SeeTV, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
SeeTV is a media player. It lets you add and connect to internet-based content sources of your own choosing, including M3U or M3U8 playlist URLs and Xtream Codes-compatible logins, which are usually provided by a third-party IPTV service that you have subscribed to or otherwise obtained access from.
SeeTV does not provide, host, store, stream, sell, curate, endorse or have any affiliation with any television channels, video-on-demand content or any other media available through the App. SeeTV only displays and plays content from sources that you supply. We have no relationship with, and no control over, any content provider whose playlist or login you add to the App.
You must be at least 16 years old to use SeeTV, or the age of legal majority where you live if that is higher. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
On iPhone and iPad you can use SeeTV as a guest. Some features, such as syncing across devices and using SeeTV on Apple TV, require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the App, in Settings, Account, Delete Account.
By using SeeTV, you agree that:
We do not review, verify, monitor or endorse any content source you connect to SeeTV. Any dispute, claim or issue about the legality, availability, quality or nature of content from a source you added is strictly between you and the provider of that source. We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, that relationship.
The SeeTV App itself, including its design, code, graphics and branding, is the property of Elad Shevah and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos or branding. We claim no ownership of or rights over any third-party content you access through the App.
The App includes open-source components, such as KSPlayer and FFmpeg, used under their own licenses, including the GNU Lesser General Public License. Those licenses, and where to get source code when a license requires it, are listed in the App: on iPhone and iPad in Settings, Acknowledgements, and on Apple TV in Settings, About / Support, Open-source acknowledgements. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under those licenses.
SeeTV does not host or control any content. If you believe that content from a source connected through SeeTV infringes your copyright, please direct your complaint to the provider of that content, because we are not its host and cannot remove it. SeeTV is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We do not warrant the availability, legality, quality or continuity of any content source you connect to the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elad Shevah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue or content, arising from your use of SeeTV or of any content source accessed through it, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or end your access to SeeTV at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
If you downloaded SeeTV from the App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA), at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms are between you and Elad Shevah, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance or support, or any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the App after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Israel. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
